Rules to ensure a relaxing spa experience

RELAX

We want to be an oasis of calm for you, which is why we kindly ask you to keep voices down and allow yourself some time without… your mobile. For reasons of safety, under-16s are not permitted in the wellbeing centre. However, so that they don’t miss out, a parent-child Spa Open Day allows entry on a pre-established day and time.
Ask for information at reception.

PUNCTUALITY

We kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that the treatment begins in a relaxed manner. In the event of late arrivals, the treatment will be shortened so as not to penalise subsequent appointments. If you are unable to attend your appointment, kindly let us know the day before to allow other clients the opportunity to book. Cancellations can be made at reception or at the Spa. In case of not-showing up, 50% of the booked treatment will be charged. No penalty in case of cancellation 24 hours before the appointment

HEALTH

In the event of health issues, allergies of any kind or pregnancy, please advise your beautician so that treatments can be personalised to your requirements. Please refrain from exposing your face to the sun after any facial treatment and always use a sunscreen, available at the wellness centre.

BUYING PRODUCTS

All of the products used may be purchased from our Beauty & Spa centre. We can also ship directly to your home, should you wish to continue using them for an optimal daily beauty routine. Beauty advice is always available from our Beauty Consultant Mery.
Free dispatch is available on orders over €120.
