Questions and answers regarding your family holiday

1.) How do I book?
You can book online, via email or by telephone. To get a confirmed booking, we request an advance payment of 30% by bank transfer or credit card.

2.) What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable (art. 1385 civil code). If you cancel your holiday between 7 and 0 days before arrival, you will be liable for a payment of 60% of your stay (minus the deposit of around 30%).

3.) Do you offer travel insurance?
We advise you to protect yourself against unforeseen events by taking out our insurance policy within 48 hours of confirmation of our receipt of deposit: Care4UHotel

1.) Where are you in the Val di Fassa?
We’re in Pozza di Fassa, located at the entrance to the town on the right, and 300m from the centre, where you’ll find grocery stores, clothes and souvenir shops, pharmacy etc.

2.) How far is the hotel from the ski lifts?
The hotel is around 1500m from the slopes of Ciampedie-Vigo and Buffaure-Pozza. These are both linked to the slopes of the Dolomiti Superski and the famous Sellaronda. You can reach these easily with our shuttle services, which run from 08:30 to 11:00 am and from 3:00 to 5:30 pm.

3.) To reach you, is it best to exit at Egna or Bolzano?
You can either take the Egna exit and pass through the Val di Fiemme (SS48) or continue to Bolzano and take a more scenic route, passing by Lake Carezza (SS241). Both journeys are of a similar length.

1.) What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out by 10:30 am. You can speed up your registration by checking in online.

2.) What are the parking facilities?
We have free outdoor parking and the option of garage parking for €15 per day.

3.) Is it possible to request an early check-in or late check-out?
Certainly, but it is subject to availability and to a supplement. Alternatively, we can keep your luggage, both on arrival and departure.

1.) Are all the rooms interconnecting?
Most of our bedrooms are designed for large families and offer separate areas for children to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for the whole family.
However, we also have smaller family rooms, with extra beds, which are equally comfortable and roomy. To the rooms.

2.) Do the bedrooms have carpets or parquet flooring?
All the bedrooms have parquet flooring and are allergen-free.

3.) What services are available in the rooms for children?
We provide cots, bottle warmers, kettles, cot reducers, cot rails etc.

1.) What are the opening hours and services of the wellness centre?
The ‘Chicco di Caffè’ centre is open every day from 2:00 to 8:00 pm, offering a whirlpool, emotional showers, Finnish sauna, biosauna (Roman sauna), Turkish bath, relaxation room and herbal tea room. Admission to the Spa is free (minimum age 16 years). The whirlpool is open to children up to 1:30 pm. Use of costume mandatory.

3.) Are bathrobes and slippers provided?
When you arrive, you’ll find bathrobes, slippers and towels for the duration of your stay in your room.

1.) Do the children eat with us or at the mini club?
Your children will be with you at all mealtimes except on two occasions during the week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we organise a ‘Kids Party’ at the mini club, where your children can all eat together and have fun in the company of our friendly entertainment organisers.

2.) Is afternoon tea included in the price?
Yes, from 3:30 to 6:00 pm, we look forward to welcoming you at teatime to a selection of little cakes and savoury snacks.

3.) Can the kitchen be used by parents?
No, but our chefs are at your complete disposal for the preparation of baby food, vegetable soups and vegetable broths. We recommend bringing a thermos for your little ones’ lunch.

1.) What age does the mini club start at?
The ‘Aqui & Lotto’ mini club, open from 4:00 to 10:00 pm every day, welcomes children from 3 years and above to have fun and enjoy entertainment, games and activities designed especially for them. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our ‘Kids Party’ offers a special dinner with entertainment for all the children, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

2.) And for the younger ones?
For children aged 0-3, we offer a new bespoke play room where they can play freely and in complete safety, always accompanied by an adult.

3.) Do you organise outdoor activities?
Certainly. In winter, your children can have fun in the snow and learn to ski with teachers from the Vigo di Fassa ski school. In the summer, we organise a comprehensive programme of outdoor activities.

1.) Is there a pool?
The spa, massage and treatment centre is available for parents, but if you wish to take your children to a pool for a swim, you have several options:
- Aquapark Vidor with pools, games and slides – around 1km.
- Dòlaondes aquatic centre with indoor and outdoor pools, a 111m slide and an attractive children’s area with playthings – around 10km.

2.) Do you have an agreement with QC Terme?
Yes, our clients receive a 10% discount.

3.) Do you take pets?
We take small/medium-sized pets. Accommodation is on the mezzanine floor of the Villa Mitzi wing of the hotel, for a €20 per day supplement. Our four-legged friends are allowed in your rooms only and do not have access to the common areas. Thank you for your understanding.
